At SOJOS VISION, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange your items or receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Eyewear

  Place the sunglasses in their original protective case and microfiber pouch, ensuring they are securely packed in the shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
